A big thank you to our new FounderCatalyst customers that have joined in an amazing July. July is traditionally a slow month, but we’ve…
📈 4.5x our best July 🙌 Smashed our best month ever by over 25% 👥 Welcomed new team members (Max Heal and Rebecca Gibson) 🚀 Introduced game-changing new services (EMI and unapproved option schemes) So, thank you again to our new customers 🎉 If you're looking for the most cost-effective way to achieve SEIS/EIS advance assurance and close a funding round, let’s speak – my Calendly link is in my profile.
Don't want to gamble with your Advance Assurance submission? Then FounderCatalyst is the safest place to go.
On a day when HMRC released the latest SEIS/EIS statistics (fascinating reading for geeks like me - links in the comments) we see that the average approval rate for SEIS is 82% and EIS 81%. Delighted that FounderCatalyst still has an exemplary 1 failure in many hundreds of submissions...
HMRC are on 🔥 at the moment - we've just today had an advance assurance response back in 2 working days too. Our competition are reporting that Advance Assurance is taking them a month or more 💤 so if you are in a hurry...
Anyway, looking forward to the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA) summary of the report shortly...Summary below of SEIS year by year: tldr; 22/23 was painful!
