Sam Wander is a professional product designer at Facebook, specializing in News Feed and Notifications. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York with an MFA in Interaction Design in 2015.

During his time in New York, Sam co-created Game of Phones, a card game funded through Kickstarter, known for its engaging and personal content sharing gameplay. The game can be found in major retailers like Target and Walmart, and has received media attention including TV features.

Before relocating to the US in 2013, Sam worked at Albion in London, now known as KBS Albion. His role involved conceptualizing and developing new products for established companies, following the 'corporate startup' approach.

Sam's career commenced at Cogapp in Brighton, a notable agency specializing in significant projects within the cultural sector, such as revitalizing the Metropolitan Museum of Art's website.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Sam has a diverse educational background, including studying Philosophy and Cultural Studies at the University of Sussex, completing a Bachelor of Technology in Art Foundation at London Metropolitan University, and achieving a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts.

Sam's professional journey includes roles as a Faculty Member at the School of Visual Arts, Co-Founder of Game of Phones, User Experience Practitioner, Producer, and Digital Project Manager in organizations like Albion London and Corporate Edge.

Although Sam dreamed of becoming a basketball player, his passion and talent have truly flourished in the realm of product design.
