The Studio21 2024 Script Competition seeks to discover innovative drama scripts that can be released scene-by-scene on digital platforms, with the aim of creating a traditional longform drama for television. This unique format is designed to engage a 21st-century audience with fresh storytelling techniques.
Finalists’ Benefit: A free consultancy session from Script Angel and the opportunity to present your script to the global drama business at Content London 2024 in December.
Entry Requirements: Submit a single script of 30-60 pages with each scene clearly identified and a run time of 1-3 minutes per scene.
Studio21 is looking for scripts that explore progressive themes and offer new ways to engage audiences. They are open to all fiction genres, but the best submissions will create compelling, standalone scenes that together form a complete narrative arc.
