This week marks the end of one of the most vibrant chapters in my career, the end of my full time role at NCompass International.
The opportunities to learn, grow, experiment, and thrive in this entrepreneurial environment have been incredible, stemming from the mentorship, trust, and support I’ve cherished from Donna DiRenzo Graves and Kae Erickson, badass female founders who have always encouraged me to “jump, and the net will appear.” From our first days together at Wembley to this wild wrap-up week, thank you both.
In the past few years, we’ve restructured the company together, evolved through a world and industry-changing global pandemic, developed new capabilities, produced award-winning programs, overhauled the way we work, worn a million hats, grown as humans, professionals, and as an agency, and continuously delivered best in class experiential marketing campaigns.
