Samara is a recent graduate of the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College, where she obtained a Masters of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management in May 2021.

Her education background includes a B.A in Theatre Arts and Religious Studies from Brown University and studying at Kent School.

Throughout her career, Samara held various roles in different organizations.
