IT'S HERE! A deep dive into Diaspora Co.'s regenerative spice supply chain in the form of our 2022 impact report - https://lnkd.in/dtNnGFr2
While our 2021 impact report focused primarily on the economic impact of building a better spice trade - this year, we specifically wanted to go deep into agricultural impact. Defining the tangible ways in which our farm partners embody climate resilience, land stewardship, and environmental justice as they farm over 2100 acres across India and Sri Lanka.
The resulting 30+ page report has been a tremendous labor of love for months now, with our illustrator, graphic designer and sourcing manager meeting weekly to bring it to life, and most of the team stepping in over the past few weeks to get it into your hands. I’m proud to say we’ve created an impact report that is gorgeous, well-researched, and actually readable (not to brag but the regenerative ag section is textbook level good!). This impact report is an act of accountability to our community, but it’s also a celebration, an archive, and an ode to the future we want to inhabit.
As always, this is just the beginning; we have so much further to go, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly for a second. Thank you for being in community with us!
