Can I just say: Putting together #SheTalksBusiness has been such a crash course in balancing ambition with reality.

Every episode we produce has me thinking about how we could’ve done something differently or better. It’s easy to get caught up in the details, trying to make everything perfect. There has been so much learning over the past few days alone - every little thing makes such a big difference.

We're experimenting with AI voiceovers, too (it's been interesting but we'll soon have feedback to know what everyone thinks).

What's been hardest is knowing when to step back and get it out the door.

I’ve been through post-production processes before, but this one feels different. I can't thank Usra enough for spending hours trying to iron out the final touches.

It’s hard to balance the drive to get everything just right with the need to ship. I don't want to miss any opportunity to make things better, but I also have to remind myself that we will have time to improve as we go. In fact, feedback might help us figure out what's most important to fix / improve.

Right now, what matters most is getting these episodes out on time and recognising how far we’ve come.

We’re this close to hitting our first milestone—publishing the first episode. That’s worth celebrating. The refinements and perfecting can follow, but the first step is getting it out there.

We're sending out early access to the episode (or maybe two?) today! Get on the mailing list if you aren't already (link in comment)

(That's 👇 a sleep-deprived me because my brain was in overdrive all night)

Six CEOs, 4 months, a few calls, and deep conversations.

Might not sound like much. But I can't wait for us to get started next week. With 5 other CEOs, we are building a mastermind to scale our leadership so we can grow our businesses.

I’ve always believed that when you bring high-performing, brilliant people together, something extraordinary happens. It’s not just about the strategies or the advice - it’s about the synergy, the shared wisdom, and the collective energy to push each other further.

The past few weeks, I've been immersed in designing the mastermind for the greatest impact while leaving enough room to cocurate it with the others. Can't wait to see how it pans out!

(This is an AI-generated image - for some reason, AI doesn't get what a 2x3 grid looks like so I had to do with a 3x3 one..)
