Sandra Fowler-Hill is a seasoned professional in higher education with over 40 years of experience in various leadership positions at institutions like Clark College, Portland Community College - Rock Creek Campus, Everett Community College, Cascadia College, and Olympic College.

She has a strong educational background with a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Oregon State University, a Master of Arts in Human Development Counseling from the University of Illinois Springfield, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from George Williams College.

Sandra has made significant contributions to the community college sector, holding positions such as Interim President at Clark College and Campus President at Portland Community College - Rock Creek Campus.

Throughout her career, Sandra has been actively involved in mentoring emerging leaders in community colleges and advocating for sustainability and open educational resources.

She has also played key roles in national and state leadership positions, including serving on the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) Presidents’ Academy Executive Committee, AACC Workforce and Economic Development Commission, and the American Association of Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) Board of Directors.
