Having played a pivotal role in the success of the early days of the Fox broadcast network, Grushow later served as chairman of both the broadcast network and television studio, overseeing the launch of popular shows like 'American Idol,' '24,' 'House,' 'Malcolm in the Middle,' and 'The OC.'

Currently, Grushow is the CEO of Phase 2 Media, a consultancy leveraging his extensive 25-year experience in managing billion-dollar entertainment businesses to offer strategic and creative guidance to clients.

Phase 2 Media's advisory services focus on supporting early-stage companies in the digital, social media, and technology sectors, including areas like social content, OTT platforms, data analytics, e-commerce, and digital content creation.

Grushow's board memberships include companies like Tubi (acquired by Fox), The Weather Channel (acquired by Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios), Monica & Andy, and Ghostcast.

Grushow studied communications at UCLA and held various leadership positions at prominent organizations like Medialink, Phase Two Productions, Twentieth Century Fox Television, and Fox Broadcasting Company.
