Santiago Sena is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. He studied Bachiller at Colegio Cardenal Newman and pursued further education in entrepreneurship and business management at Scalabl Academy. Santiago holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship from IAE Business School. He also studied Philosophy at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' with a focus on Postmodern Philosophy, Anthropology, Ethics, Philosophy of History, and Personalism. Additionally, he completed a degree in Philosophy and Family Counseling at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires.

Santiago Sena has a rich history of involvement in various organizations. He has served as a Professor at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios and held several positions in the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, including Advisor to the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, Director General of Entrepreneurs, Pedagogical Advisor at the Ministry of Education, and Advisor in the Community Educational Support Unit. Santiago has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and held roles at Estudio Sena & Berton Moreno, where he specialized in Intellectual Property Law. His teaching experience extends to Colegios Hans Christian Andersen, Sworn Junior College - Pacheco, and Colegio Holy Cross.
