Highlights
Today is my first day back at work after the birth of my 2nd baby in September 👶. I'm so grateful to BoxPower for such a long maternity leave, to the co-founders Angelo Campus and Anderson Barkow for creating a company that is supportive of families and birthing employees, and to my coworkers for stepping up during my absence. I'm ready to get back to building resilient energy systems!
Fellow working parents of young children: please reach out if you want to connect and share tips about balancing work and raising a family. I have a feeling I'm going to need a support network during this hectic time!
https://lnkd.in/gQZQnC4e #lyft leadership and new CEO continue to destroy what used to be an awesome concept and company. (I was an early driver and casual carpool / shared ride supporter) Mass layoffs and outsourcing of jobs while leaving visa holders high and dry. Now a mandatory return to office? Get with the times. Or just give up and hand it to Uber. You're both just taxi companies now (and priced the same too).
