What sustains the world's young people who are actively working to make the world better? It's not money; it's pursuing a purpose.

Despite financial stress and uncertainty, "life satisfaction among young changemakers is strikingly high. On a scale of 0 to 10, they rank at a 7. This is considerably higher than the global average of 5.6. In fact, if changemakers were a country, they would rank 14th in the world (out of 96 surveyed countries), between Canada and Ireland."

This is a study by The Possibilists, a global alliance of the world’s largest youth social innovation networks who reach hundreds of thousands of young people. They "envision a global support ecosystem that is aligned around a data-driven understanding of the needs of young changemakers and co-creates the best possible conditions for them and their teams to thrive and to deepen or scale their impact."

Pursuers of happiness pursue purpose!
