Sarah Anawalt is a well-educated individual with a diverse background in outdoor education, sociology, English, and culinary arts.

She has gained operational experience in various organizations, notably serving as VP of Operations and Community at Let's Talk Ops, Project Manager at Strava, as well as holding roles at Roam Artisan Burgers, Park Tavern, and Jersey Tomatoes, LLC.

Sarah's culinary journey includes positions such as Assistant Pastry Chef at LE MARAIS BAKERY LLC, Pastry Assistant at Baker & Banker, and Line Cook at Ototo Food and Wine Bar.

With roots in the outdoor education realm, Sarah studied at the National Outdoor Leadership School in Puerto Natales, Chile, further complementing her skill set.

Her academic pursuits led her to the University of Vermont for studies in sociology and English, and to the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, where she pursued a degree in Culinary Arts.
