Every business faces a crucial decision: how to grow. The path you (or your CEO) chooses to take, can make or break your company's future.

And whilst there are a number of different strategies available, there's one I love to get involved in: customer-led growth.

What is it?

Customer-led growth puts the customer at the heart of all organisational decisions. It's not just about quick wins; it's about building sustainable, long-term growth. Here's why it stands out:

🎯 Aligns your entire organisation around a common goal 🚀 Builds a loyal customer base, reducing churn and acquisition costs 💚 Creates a growth flywheel driven by happy customers 🏄‍♂️ Enables you to adapt to market changes (and even outpace the competition)

While other strategies such as cost reduction will always have a place, customer-led growth offers a pathway to building a resilient, customer-centric business that can withstand market fluctuations and intense competition.

Driving growth in any organisation is hard, and right now it's even harder - but luckily for me (and our clients), it's what Manifesto Growth Architects is all about.

And, as it so happens, it turns out we're pretty good at it too, as today the FT has recognised us as one of the top 3 consultancy firms in the UK for Growth, Innovation and New Business Models, alongside Accenture and McKinsey & Company.

I've now been with this team for a few years, but the things we are able to do and achieve together never ceases to amaze me. Today I'm feeling pretty lucky and also very proud.
