Sarah Berger Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with a background in public policy analysis and a commitment to driving impactful change for a fair and inclusive society. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Boston College.

Sarah has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as a Senior Policy Analyst and former Policy Consultant at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, a Program Manager at the Basic Income Lab at Stanford University, and as a Social Protection Specialist at The World Bank. She has also worked as an Analyst in the Poverty Reduction & Economic Management Network at The World Bank, a Researcher at the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities, and as the Executive Director and Founder of the Ignatian Solidarity Network.

Known for her problem-solving skills and a people-centered approach, Sarah aims to empower teams, recognize individual strengths, and build coalitions to develop programs and policies that benefit society collectively. With a diverse background in research, policy analysis, and program management, she brings a wealth of experience to the table in driving positive change.
