Sarah Davidson is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning over 30 years primarily within the British Red Cross and the NHS.

Within the British Red Cross, she held various significant roles such as elected member of the Board of Trustees, Vice Chairman, Psychosocial Advisor, and Head of Psychosocial, where she played a crucial part in shaping and leading psychosocial programs.

In the NHS, Sarah worked as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist for more than two decades, specializing in working with children and families and providing consultation to diverse multi-disciplinary teams in the UK and Ireland.

She is known for her role in designing and spearheading an innovative Masters program in International Humanitarian Psychosocial Consultation via distance learning.

Sarah's skill set includes being a Professional Advisor, Strategist, and Implementer of Psychosocial Programs & Activities, as well as being a Trainer, Researcher, Academic, and Programme Leader in the field of clinical psychology.

She also serves as a Consultant in the Third Sector/Not for Profit sector, contributing her expertise to furthering the missions of organizations in this space.

Currently, Sarah holds the position of Head of Psychosocial and Mental Health at the British Red Cross.
