J'écris en ce moment mon nouvel essai sur la manière dont nous pouvons collectivement lutter contre la culture de domination dans les espaces militants (sortie en 2024 avec HORS D'ATTEINTE!). Cela fait plusieurs années que je m'intéresse à la question de l'inclusion et de la manière de rendre l'activisme plus accessible, et dans le cadre de mes reflexions j'ai commencé à échanger avec Leila Hoballah qui m'a parlé du travail de Sophy Banks en me disant "il faut absolument que tu lui parles"!

J'ai suivi un programme de plusieurs semaines avec Sophy qui m'a permis de faire sens de ce que j'explorais de manière concrete dans mes travaux autour des expériences militantes : ce qui nous pousse à renforcer les oppressions dans les groupes et le role de nos traumatisme individuels et collectifs dans ces dynamiques.

We are looking for an Executive assistant and an Equity, justice and inclusion consultant.
Executive assistant You will support me in everything related to setting up the foundation’s operation. Working on how we will work as a team to how we will support that community we aim to gather. It will be a very fun and empowering job, and on the long term will mean working closely with the 2 co-directors and our board in planning and executing priorities.
