Sarah Hein is an accomplished professional with a strong background in the biomedical industry. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence for the Texas Medical Center Accelerator for Cancer Therapeutics (TMC ACT), Sarah has a proven track record in startup leadership and operations. Prior to her current role, she co-founded Courier Therapeutics where she held the position of Vice President of Operations, contributing to its successful acquisition by Valo Health at a significant deal value of $510M. Sarah's experience also includes serving as the Director of Research at Resonant Therapeutics, specializing in antibody therapeutics platform technology. Her journey in the industry began as a Venture Fellow at Mercury Fund following the completion of her PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Baylor College of Medicine. During her academic pursuits, Sarah was actively involved with Enventure and introduced the Foundations workshop series to foster entrepreneurship education within the TMC community.
