Sarah Leeds is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public health and nonprofit management.

She has been the Manager of the Idaho Immunization Program since 2019, overseeing the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in Idaho.

With a focus on metric-driven decision-making, Sarah collaborates with program staff and Division of Public Health leadership to enhance vaccine coverage across all age groups in Idaho.

Before her current role, Sarah spent 18 years in various nonprofit leadership positions related to family violence intervention, demonstrating expertise in budgeting, program development, grant acquisition, networking, event planning, fundraising, and program evaluation.

Her specialties include nonprofit management, grant writing, project development, operations, and strategic planning.

Sarah's educational background includes a Master's in Public Health from Idaho State University and a Bachelor's in Writing/Media from Loyola University Maryland.

She has also participated in Leadership Boise to enhance her leadership skills.

Throughout her career, Sarah has held key positions in organizations like the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Family Advocates, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho, Idaho Coalition Against Sexual & Domestic Violence, Family Services Alliance, and Idaho State University - Institute of Rural Health.

Her expertise lies in program leadership in public health, violence prevention, youth mentoring, and trauma-informed family support services.
