It’s critical that we help set more people on the path toward retirement security — at Betterment at Work, we’re focused on increasing access to 401(k)s at small and midsize businesses across America.
A survey 🔍 we conducted last year uncovered that a 401(k) is the most desired financial wellness benefit, followed closely by an employer 401(k) matching program. However, we also found that 34% of employees aren’t aware of all the benefits their employer offers, haven’t gotten around to signing up for them or don’t know how to do so. 😕
