We’re finally launching Cali Soul on Monday. At last! This is the edibles line created by (two Michelin Star) Chef Daniel Patterson and (James Beard Nominated) Chef Keith Corbin with advisement by former Coi pastry Chef Nick Muncy … a little over a year ago, Daniel and Keith partnered up with Christine de Melo and recruited Renee Bailey and myself to create Altagether… a mission-driven umbrella company that encompasses all aspects of the F&B world, including this line of edibles and the Alta Community non-profit.
This edibles line - which was the genius idea of our partners in the project: Yoni Hagos and Dillon Shoe - has been my baby and I’m so grateful for all the incredible feedback we’ve received from the taste testers. More than one person called them “Michelin star edibles” and I like that.
Each serving is 5mg and made with truly the highest quality ingredients for which we spared no expense and didn’t pass the buck to the consumer - including Aftelier Perfume essential oils (which is no joke). Each of our five SKUs has a terpene formulation designed for various moods/needs including focusing on tasks (Laser Focus), getting into the mood (Love Struck), and helping you sleep (Sleep Reset).
Gorgeous packaging and branding by Claire Typaldos
This has been such a rewarding experience and I can’t wait for Cali Soul to get out in the world (or at least California due to strict cannabis regulations) on Monday. I’ll post a stock list asap.
Gummies (more like pate de fruits) will be $18 for a box (20 gummies = 100 grams THC). Chocolates will be $20 for a box (20 sections = 100 grams THC).
Hi All! I figured I’d pop back onto LinkedIn and update my location since I’ve been living in LA for four years. I’m still ARITZIA’S Music Director (yay!) and continue to love playing a part in the company’s exponential growth over the past ten years(!!!).
Last summer I married Daniel Patterson, a brilliant, loving, and patient man who reignited my passion for life, curiosity, and entrepreneurship. He’s also a pretty big deal in the chef community.
We’ve got some pretty exciting collaborations brewing with our friends Chef Keith Corbin, Christine de Melo, and Renee Bailey - and I can’t wait to share them with you all! So please message me if you live in LA and enjoy edibles or work in the cannabis industry.
