Sarah McDugal is an author, speaker, and abuse recovery coach who founded Wilderness to WILD, LLC. She is a Master Certified Professional Coach specializing in helping women recover from trauma, abuse, domestic violence, betrayal, divorce, and custody court issues.4 McDugal graduated from Andrews University in 2006 with a master's degree in accounting2 and later transitioned into brand strategy, leadership speaking, and authorship.12

As a survivor of an abusive marriage to a former faith leader, McDugal now mentors women married to spiritual leaders who are narcissists and addicts.2 She is the author of "ONE FACE: Shed the Mask, Own Your Values, and Lead Wisely" and has worked on various projects including:
