She holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has held various positions in reputable organizations including Director Quality & Technical/Safety Regulatory & Claims and Manager Product Specifications - Private Brands at Walgreens, and roles such as R&D Nutrition Principal Scientist, Nutrition Manager, Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist II at PepsiCo.

Sarah's accomplishments include leading projects related to Health & Wellness initiatives and receiving the PepsiCo Chairman's Award in 2010 for her contributions to the development of the Global Nutrition Criteria. This criteria serves as a guide for measurable portfolio improvement within the company.
