I post one reply to a popular account that gets a reply back and all the fakes and crazies come out. 4 were impersonating the same account!

It gets to a point it's too much trouble to even report. Hey @elonmusk @X. Quit crowdsourcing this and put @xai on the job. https://t.co/H8TZSWKnZB

I'm looking to start writing and building an audience again. Multiple topics, including #generativeAI, #trading, #investing, #retirement, #marketing, #socialmedia, #entrepreneurship, and #personaldevelopment — all my many facets. At the moment, I don't have a specific plan or end goal — just getting in the habit of writing again.

Besides LinkedIn, I read a lot on Medium, and somewhat on Quora and Substack, some Reddit. I'm not looking to monetize my content, probably ever — just to rebuild my reputation and find my tribe(s).

So my question, for all my content creator friends, is this:

If you were only focusing on exposure and audience-building, not monetization, where would you put your main focus?

Explanations in the comments greatly appreciated!
