Excited to share that Persist is hiring 2 contract positions as Enrollment Coaches. These are 3 month positions starting in mid-March to mid-June, but will be central to our onboarding efforts this spring. In addition to sharing our program with over 800 graduating seniors at partner schools these coaches will collectively hold 300 1:1 advising convos with first generation college students to help them select high-wage, high-opportunity majors and careers pathways.
