Scott Fairchild is a seasoned leader and strategist with extensive experience in guiding teams across various disciplines such as customer experience, product development, software design and development, marketing, sales, and customer support.

He holds a BA in Communications with Advertising as a major and Business as a minor from Brigham Young University and has pursued coursework in Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, Business Administration at the University of Colorado Denver, and Telecommunications at the University of Denver.

Scott has held key positions in several notable organizations, including Vice President - Client Experience at Spectrum Enterprise, Senior Director - Product Development at Charter Communications, Director of Marketing and Sales at Comcast, Consultant - Product Development at Charter Communications, Director of Product Management at AT&T, and Product Manager at TeleCommunications Inc (TCI), which was later acquired by AT&T.
