Scott Loikits

Scott Loikits is a Principal at GreenbergFarrow and the Design Director, managing architectural design tasks through a collaborative approach. With over 20 years of experience, Scott is a licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and certified by the National Green Building Council.

He holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Columbia University, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, and completed his high school education at The Pingry School.

Scott has an extensive professional background, having worked with renowned architects such as Renzo Piano, William Pedersen, Bernard Tschumi, and Yoshio Taniguchi. Previously, he held key roles at Kohn Pedersen Fox, where he was a senior designer at the associate principal level.

At GreenbergFarrow, Scott has led diverse projects encompassing retail prototypes, multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, master planning, urban design, and retail projects across the United States and globally. He also oversees daily operations at the firm's New York Studio.

Scott Loikits has been associated with prominent organizations, including GreenbergFarrow, Peter Pran+H, Cooper Robertson, SAMOO Architecture PC, KPF, and Kimmerle Group.
