Dr. Scott Michael Robertson is a renowned policy expert, technology innovator, and systems enhancer with a profound impact on accessible technology, gainful employment, healthcare, transportation, and inclusive education.

His distinguished career includes pivotal roles such as Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy, Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Fellow in the U.S. Senate HELP Committee, and Founding Vice President of ASAN, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Dr. Robertson has excelled in strategic planning, policymaking, program and technological advancement, capacity building, and providing technical assistance throughout his professional journey.

His academic prowess is reflected in his Ph.D. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology, a Master of Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University's Human-Computer Interaction Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Kennedy, Jr. Public Policy Fellow at the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities, and Teaching Fellow at Penn State University's College of Information Sciences and Technology.
