Scott Rogers is a renowned game designer and creative director with over fifty AAA games under his belt for major companies like Disney, Sony, Capcom, Namco, and THQ, accumulating over $4 billion in earnings and selling 50 million copies globally.

As an Imagineer at Walt Disney Imagineering's R&D department, Scott contributed to creating interactive experiences at Disney parks and developed app-based interactive games such as Mickey's Fun Wheel Challenge and Legends of Frontierland.

Scott is a prolific author, having penned two best-selling books on game design, 'Level Up! The Guide to Great Video Game Design' and 'Swipe This! The Guide to Touchscreen Game Design', which are used as foundational texts in game design programs worldwide.

In addition to his work in video games, Scott is an accomplished board game designer, with creations like Rayguns and Rocketships, Pantone the Game, and ALIEN: Fate of the Nostromo. His involvement in the board game industry earned him a Game Designer of the Year nomination in 2021 and was featured in the documentary film Gamemaster (2020).

Scott has established partnerships with major entertainment licensors like Warner Brothers, Disney, Nickelodeon, and Marvel, collaborating with top industry talents such as Dan Harmon and directing renowned voice actors like Frank Welker and Nolan North.

An educator as well, Scott lectures on video game level design at the University of Southern California and the New York Film Academy, where he also hosts a speaker series called Masters of Game Design, interviewing prominent figures in the gaming industry.

Scott Rogers holds a diverse educational background, having studied game design at the Tabletop Network Conference, college-prep courses at San Pasqual High School, and earning degrees in Fine Arts, Illustration, and Film Production from California State University-Long Beach.

Currently residing in Los Angeles with his family, Scott Rogers continues to shape the gaming landscape with his creative vision and extensive industry experience.
