Scott Shirley is the founder and CEO of Pledge It, a leading fundraising platform focused on empowering athletes to raise funds for various causes through performance.

Scott Shirley's passion for sports philanthropy stems from personal experiences, including organizing the inaugural Lift For Life event while his father battled a rare disease, leading to the creation of Uplifting Athletes, a national nonprofit supporting the rare disease community through sports.

With a vision of using sport for good, Scott has partnered with professional athletes, college sports teams, and major organizations like the American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to drive impactful fundraising campaigns.

Scott Shirley holds an Executive Scholar in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.

With a diverse organizational background, Scott has served in various roles including board memberships, advisory positions, and as a former project engineer at Clark Construction Group, LLC.

He has been recognized with awards like Forty Under 40, Good Men of 2015, and the Alumni Achievement Award for his contributions to sports philanthropy and fundraising innovation.
