Scott Shrake

Scott Shrake is a highly accomplished individual with a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering focused on sustainability and green design.

He holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Scott has held various key positions in academic institutions and organizations, including serving as the Assistant Vice President for Strategy and the Executive Director of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Projects at Colorado State University.

His experience also includes roles such as AVP at CSU Extended Campus, Presidential Leadership Fellow, Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship at CSU College of Business, and Executive Director of Entrepreneurial Advancement at ASU Enterprise Partners.

Additionally, Scott has a background in healthcare entrepreneurship as a co-founder of Vicinity Health LLC.

He has also been involved in academic initiatives such as directing the Engineering Projects in Community Service (EPICS) and co-directing Generator Labs at Arizona State University.

Scott Shrake's career journey began as an Engineering Field Technician at Gewalt Hamilton Associates Incorporated and evolved through roles like Undergraduate Research Assistant and eventually a Ph.D. Candidate and NSF IGERT Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.
