I had a doozy of a summer, like a lot of folks. And I felt alone through a lot of it (see also: being a founder and/or in sales, particularly the last few months). But that's over.

One thing that always helps me get through tough times is community, people to support you. I have one community that I can always count on, highs and lows: Thursday Night Sales. I assure you, someone, or many someones, in the room on Thursday nights has been through something similar to what you're going through - probably more than once.

And with two of the best thought-leaders in the space Amy Volas and 🏄‍♂️ Scott Leese at the helm, you'll find wisdom, you'll find community, and you might even find a little off-color humor to lighten your mood.

If you're in a GTM function (or just GTM-curious), to quote Amy "hop, skip, and jump" on over... really. You won't regret it. See you tonight. :)

Anyone else have a habit that drives you nuts, both when you do it and when others do?

I do: "You guys."

I had dropped this from my vocabulary ages ago. But in the past week, I've used it three times, including perceptibly multi-gender calls.

"Well, we'd be happy to set you guys... er... sorry... you all... up." So awkward, so embarrassing.

Also, if you're still using "you guys," please join me in stopping - we can form a support group! Hopefully you'll have better luck than I've had in the past week or so.

Curious if others have this or similar habits that they both do and dislike?
