Highlights
Hey folks, I'm going to start sharing little snippets of what we're working on here at Atellio.
As we centre our mission around talent we wanted to solve a common problem we've seen teams struggle with.
When you save talent into a system, whether that be a spreadsheet or a CRM, rarely do you have the option to display their skills and experience in a way that puts it in its best light.
With spreadsheets their unique skills are stripped of colour, lost in endless columns that are so vague and varied because they need to account for every type of role you want to store.
CRM's don't do much better. While they offer more structured data types, the options are still limited and require you to do all of the work to make them more useful. Using unformatted text inputs or unwieldy selection options quickly becomes unmanageable as your team add more and more talent.
And how do you capture important information like media portfolios, projects, education that all play a part in giving a complete picture of a talent's skills and experience within that role?
A peek below shows our first version of our contextual skills profile, where the content and its display adapts to show you what's important for each role.
We're adding support for more and more roles and are curious, if there are roles you want us to design next?
