Scott Wysong is a highly acclaimed marketing professor at the University of Dallas's Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business, with over two decades of experience in academia. He joined the faculty in 2001 and has been an integral part of the institution since.

During his tenure, Dr. Wysong played a crucial role in establishing and overseeing the MBA in Sports & Entertainment program at the University of Dallas from 2002 to 2015. This program brought together his passion for marketing with his interest in the sports industry.

In 2016, Scott Wysong took on the role of Program Director for the 30-credit hour MBA at the University of Dallas, further showcasing his leadership and management skills within academia.

Scott Wysong holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington, which solidified his academic foundation. Prior to this, he completed his BS in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Vanderbilt University, demonstrating a strong background in both business and economics.

Beyond his role at the University of Dallas, Scott Wysong has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as a Presenter at the Sport & Society Conference and as a Professor at HKAPA. His experience as the Director of Operational Audits at Osteopathic Health System of Texas adds a practical dimension to his academic career.

Currently, Dr. Wysong holds the position of Associate Professor and Academic Program Director for Sports & Entertainment MBA at the University of Dallas, highlighting his extensive knowledge and dedication to the field.
