Sean H. Donahue is an adjunct professor at Vermont Law and Graduate School, where he teaches courses related to environmental and energy law. He is also a partner at Donahue, Goldberg & Herzog, focusing on appellate litigation, particularly in environmental cases. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School in 1992, Donahue clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (then on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit) and Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court. His career includes roles at Jenner & Block and the U.S. Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division.
