🎨 More designs from AuraSeed are in! 👨‍🎨

I’ve said it before, but it’s worth repeating—you don’t have to shy away from emails with more than 30 words.

Sometimes, educating your audience sparks curiosity, and that curiosity drives click-throughs.

What worked for email marketers three years ago just doesn’t cut it anymore.

There’s a clear trend: the better the content a brand puts out, the better the engagement.

Does this mean every brand needs to dive into long-form content in their emails?

Not necessarily — it really depends on the product category. But having a real personality behind your emails, and sharing creative and valuable insights, is crucial.

I believe your email partner shouldn’t just ‘make the most of what you’ve got’ from a brand perspective—they should bring fresh ideas, insights, and content suggestions to the table, acting as another key player on your growth marketing team.

Challenge assumptions - test - and dare to be a little different.

My Philosophy Building AuraSeed 🔨 💭 💫

Whenever I talk to a new prospective client, I’m acutely aware of how many agencies are out there vying for their business.

That’s why I always emphasise our philosophy at AuraSeed—because we do things differently here.

In the email marketing industry, there’s a push to ‘productise’ services.

I recall speaking with a founder who was scaling his agency by copying and pasting templates to speed up growth. It’s the classic ‘Gym Launch’ approach—efficient, but often at the cost of quality and creativity.

Sure, streamlining processes can be beneficial from a business perspective, but this is where many agencies fall short.

They turn brands into just another number on a roster.

If you’ve worked with an agency like this, you probably know the feeling.

At AuraSeed, we’ve taken a different path. Since day one, our clients have stayed with us because we offer a boutique level of service that’s truly personalised.

We’re not just a vendor; we’re an extension of our clients’ teams. We’re in their Slack channels, collaborating with their ads and social teams. We understand our role in their growth marketing efforts holistically, and we’ve even shared dinner with them on more than one occasion 🍷 😃

For us, being an agency means building quality relationships, delivering creative work, and providing a high level of care.

I often say, we’re an outsourced in-house team member—forget the word “agency” if it carries baggage.

We’re not interested in growing at the expense of our service quality.

We’d rather go slower, hire top-tier talent, and maintain the high standards our clients deserve.

Scaling at breakneck speed isn’t our goal if it means watering down our service, burning out our team, and resorting to copy-and-paste strategies or ChatGPT-generated content.

Our team is tight-knit, thinks and acts like creative growth marketers, and integrates deeply into our clients’ teams for the long haul.

I’ve heard of big agencies where account managers juggle 10 clients at once and are pushing them for more (often at the cost of their mental health) —that’s madness

At AuraSeed, every client works directly with the founders (Sean & Sean), a highly skilled senior email marketing manager, and a designer.

We never overload our team.

When you join AuraSeed, you get our full commitment.

Maybe I’m spilling some industry secrets here, but not every agency operates like this (though I do admire a few great founders on LinkedIn and like their posts).

But I know we’re in the minority. It's easy to SAY you do this, but not actually live it out.

I’m more interested in building a fantastic culture and workplace, where we take care of our clients with the same dedication.

Quality relationships, profitable and creative marketing, and a genuine investment in our clients’ long-term growth—that’s what we do, and that’s what we love.

Our goal - To be considered one of the best retention marketing agencies in the world
