Sean Moeller

Sean Moeller is an American businessman and the founder of the music recording company and studio Daytrotter.25 He is also a former writer for the Quad-City Times.2 Moeller began working at the Quad-City Times while in high school and worked there for 12 years.2 After high school, he attended the University of Iowa for four years, where he participated in cross country and track.2 In 2014, Moeller created "Moeller Mondays," which featured surprise musical acts at Rozz-Tox in Rock Island after a recording session.2 In late 2015, he moved the Daytrotter studios to downtown Davenport.2 Moeller departed as head of Daytrotter in August 2016, retaining a minority share in the company.2
