Sean holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Exercise Physiology with a specialization in Strength & Conditioning from the esteemed University of Miami. His earlier academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was also a scholarship athlete.
