Thank you to our June retreat guests for your curiosity, vulnerability, and ambition to grow. You all made this so special. Kunal Kataria Jacquelynn Proscia Henry Carey Scott Pritchard Brendan M Guzman Samantha Yantko Thomas Colavecchio, P.E.
In our group, we had the pleasure of hosting a: •CFO •Lawyer •Engineer •Marketer •Entrepreneur •Soccer Coach •Real Estate Advisor
The first question in our opening discussion was how did you spend your time as a kid?
We intentionally did not prompt our guests to talk about what they “do” career wise which is typically, immediately asked in new environments. Who we are as humans is much more than what we do for work.
We wanted the weekend to be focused on shifting away from day-to-day life as a professional and empower our guests to tap into the deeper levels of their mind, body, & spirit.
The organic connections we shared through music, breathwork, movement, community, art, and nature was beautiful.
Big shout out to our host team for putting their hearts and souls into curating this experience Todd Pritchard , Jennifer Kneeland M.A, LMHC, TSC-RYT , Trish O’Malley, and to our sponsor The Chaga Company.

Who has had a profound impact on your life that you’d like to express gratitude towards?
Spend 5 mins and write them a note about what they mean to you.
How they helped you grow.
What you learned from them.
Even if it’s been a decade since they’ve heard from you, don’t over think it.
Just send it.
This is one of my favorite reflection prompts to use in sessions. The responses I hear are incredibly moving.
Yesterday, I heard about a single mother that was transformed by the care and support from somebody 15 years ago that empowered her to level up via a masters program to provide a better life for her child.
This person ultimately helped her find a job at the end of the program and it changed the trajectory of her life, thus, elevating the quality and trajectory of the life of her child.
In one way or another, we’ve all stood on the shoulders of giants and been given that extra push in key moments when we were lost or felt self doubt.
To all my coaches, teachers, managers, mentors, and guides, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you’ve done for me.
Everyday I look to pay it forward and honor the lessons you’ve bestowed upon me. I am forever grateful.
