Sebastian Syperek is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Market and UX Research. Currently serving as the Director of CX & UX Research at Kaiser X Labs, a division of Allianz, Sebastian leads a team of experts in Quantitative Research and Research Operations. He holds a certification as a UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.

Passionate about enhancing customer and user experiences through data-driven approaches, Sebastian specializes in Segmentation, Personas, Preference and Pricing Research. His role extends to being a key member of the KXL Management Team. Outside of his professional duties, Sebastian runs a popular German podcast covering topics like Customer Experience, User Experience, and Market Research. He also dedicates time to mentoring budding UX researchers worldwide.

Sebastian Syperek pursued his Diploma in Psychology at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, now known as the University of Kiel. With a rich work history that includes positions like Head of Customer Insights at Deutsche Bahn, Global Head of Market Research at SHARE NOW, and various roles at Deutsche Telekom, mobile.international GmbH, and Ipsos, Sebastian's expertise spans across different facets of the industry.
