Education Coordinator at The Noguchi Museum

Sejin Park is a dedicated Education Coordinator at The Noguchi Museum. She oversees and instructs a variety of programs for schools, families, adults, and communities. In addition, she supervises the Teen Advisory Board initiative, offering high school students from New York City a year-long paid internship opportunity.

With a background in Studio Art, Sejin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from New York University, graduating with a remarkable 3.90 GPA Magna Cum Laude. Her passion for education and the arts is evident through her extensive experience working and interning at several prestigious museums, art institutions, and public schools.

Before joining The Noguchi Museum, Sejin engaged in diverse roles such as Book Club Co-coordinator and Social Justice Peer Group Coordinator at the New York City Museum Educators Roundtable. She also contributed her expertise as a Visitor Assistant at the Whitney Museum of American Art and a Visitor Services Assistant at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Sejin's commitment to community engagement and social equity is further showcased through her previous positions as a Learning Through Art/Family Programs Intern at the Guggenheim Museum, an Education Intern at the Noguchi Museum, and a Volunteer Instructor at Artistic Dreams International.

Additionally, Sejin's professional journey includes roles like Administration/Trustee Office Intern at the Whitney Museum of American Art, Public Relations Intern at Christie's, and Project Space Intern at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts. Her dedication to education extended to serving as a Student Tutor for NYU's America Reads and Counts program.
