With a background in MBA from Columbia Business School, B.A. in Business Economics, and International Relations from Brown University, and high school education at The Koc School, Selin brings a wealth of knowledge to her roles.

Selin's expertise lies in delivering operational enhancements and large-scale transformations in resident-facing services such as health, economic development, and transportation for government agencies.

She is instrumental in setting long-term strategic directions for state and city agencies, leading COVID response efforts including vaccine program setup, and establishing digital and operational capabilities for improved service delivery.

Having led multiple transformations in consumer goods, retail, food, and infrastructure sectors, Selin plays a crucial role in setting agendas, stakeholder coordination, roadmap development, and change management.

Beyond her public sector work, Selin is actively engaged in BCG's partnership with Save the Children US and supports UN Women.

As a founding member of BCG's Brooklyn office, Selin also oversees the interaction with Brooklyn-based organizations, showcasing her commitment to both local and global impact.
