Serge Raharison, MD, MSc. is a seasoned public health professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Chief of Party at Management Sciences for Health in Madagascar, a position he has held since January 2021.1 In this role, he leads the Accessible Continuum of Care and Essential Services Sustained (ACCESS) program, a five-year, $90-million health initiative funded by USAID.1
