Seth Ervin is a natural and charismatic leader known as a change agent, specializing in human-centered design and excelling as a seasoned project manager with a proven track record in successful grant writing. He is recognized as a tireless advocate and team player.

He holds a Certificate in Human Centered Design from Wake Forest University and a Certificate in Design Sprint Bootcamp from Wily LLC under the tutelage of Jake Knapp. Seth Ervin pursued his education with a focus on design thinking for innovative problem-solving, attaining a MLIS in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as BA degrees in English Literature and Film Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Seth Ervin has held prominent roles in various organizations, notably as the Chief Innovation Officer and Former Director of Technology and Innovation at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library. Additionally, he previously served as the Associate Director of Access and Organizational Initiatives, where he brought valuable insight and leadership. Seth Ervin is also credited as the Co-Author and Publisher at Keys of Candor. During his tenure at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, he managed the Spangler Library at ImaginOn and contributed as the Children and Teen Services Coordinator. Prior to his time at the Charlotte library, he was the Technical Services Coordinator at the Union County Public Library.

With a diverse educational background and extensive experience in library and innovation management, Seth Ervin continues to make significant contributions in the fields of human-centered design, project management, and grant writing.
