I don’t think it ever gets easier to raise as a Black woman ( add the pandemic and the ever shifting market to that), but I told my team yesterday that tough times don’t last always but RESILIENT teams do!
I’m proud of our team and what we are building for partners and customers.
We are fortunate to be able to work with some of the largest funders in the world to bring “on-demand technical assistance” to their grantees and partners. We also work directly with nonprofits to help increase their day to day capacity, and even those orgs looking to start a nonprofit from scratch.
And I hope each of them celebrate this history making, ceiling shattering announcement too, because if it were not for them we would not be here.
In the coming months we’ll launch new products and features all designed to further streamline the work of our partners and customers.
