Shahar Kvatinsky

Shahar Kvatinsky is an accomplished engineer and researcher specializing in VLSI, computer architecture, and circuit design. His primary research interests revolve around emerging non-volatile memory technologies, such as memristors, RRAM, STT-MRAM, PCM, CBRAM, 3D Xpoint, and CNT, with a focus on circuit and computer architecture applications. His work includes exploring memristor-based applications, logic design methodologies, memristor models, and memory-intensive architectures. Additionally, Shahar delves into the realm of energy-efficient architectures leveraging CMOS technology. Currently associated with Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as an Associate Professor, Shahar has held previous roles as an Assistant Professor at the same institution, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University, and teaching positions at Technion and Hebrew University. Prior to his academic roles, Shahar also gained industry experience as an Analog Design professional at Intel.
