Dr. Shakir Ahmed Saleh Alsaleh is a Saudi academic and professional with extensive experience in public health, health informatics, and anti-corruption efforts. He served as an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Health and Health Informatics at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) from March 2008 to April 2017 .1 Dr. Alsaleh holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and International Relations from Howard University, focusing on economic reform policies in Saudi Arabia. He also earned a Master's in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and an MBA from Strayer University .1

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Alsaleh has held significant administrative and consultancy positions, including Director General for Enhancing Integrity at Saudi Arabia's Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (2020–present) and Consultant for the National Anti-Corruption Commission (2017–2020) .1 His expertise spans governance, healthcare management, and economic policy. Dr. Alsaleh has published research on topics like health reform, gender inequality, and quality management in healthcare .1
