Highlights
Last week, our incredible Aaron team came together at our NYC offices for our much-anticipated annual get-together and team training. This year's theme, ‘Elevating our Smarts, Skills, and Purpose’ truly resonated as we kicked off with an inspiring Improv for Business session led by the amazing Sarah from the People’s Improv Theater. This session was a fantastic way to deepen our connections, hone our active listening, and sharpen our presentation skills. Throughout the event, we shared invaluable tips, best practices, and insights across various technical, life, and professional skills. It was an engaging experience that tapped into the full spectrum of our team’s expertise. I feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to work with such a talented and dedicated group: Shayna Beckwith, Erica Pondillo, Susan Stickling, Jessica Doughtie, Dana Laforce, Jason Pu, Annie Verbeck, Nicholas Kopp. Here’s to continuing our journey of growth and success together!
Great piece from Sasha Wallinger that I encourage everyone to read. Our healthcare system is so challenged and we all, at some point in our lives, will need to participate in the system. I'm also excited about the major shift we are seeing from Healthcare to "Wellbeing" - an expected $1.6T opportunity, which includes prevention, immunity, at home self-diagnosis kits, social/emotional health, cognitive health, and more. Technology is making it easier and better for each of us to practice more preventative measures in our lives, which is a really good benefit of the shifts taking place.
