Shari Krull is a dedicated champion of economic equity and opportunity advancement, with a strong presence as an organizational change agent in the nonprofit sector.

Currently serving as the CEO of StreetWise Partners, Shari leads an innovative mentoring program benefitting over 650 adults annually and has expanded the organization's reach nationally by engaging 2500 volunteers yearly.

With a prior role as Executive Director at Grace Institute, Shari successfully revitalized the organization into a prominent entity in the field of workforce development.

Beginning her career supporting vulnerable families in foster care and mental health systems, Shari later transitioned into advocacy for survivors of domestic violence with the District Attorney's office in Brooklyn before venturing into mentoring with Catholic Big Sisters and Big Brothers for 11 years, holding various key positions.

Passionate about economic equity, Shari is adept at mobilizing diverse stakeholders to effect social change and has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in complex organizational settings, with over 25 years of experience dedicated to fostering individual and community well-being.

Educationally, Shari holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from Miami University (Ohio).
