Shateara Hall is an accomplished individual with a strong educational background and diverse professional experience.

She pursued her Master's degree in Education Policy at Vanderbilt University, focusing on Middle Grades Education with a specialization in Language Arts and Social Studies during her time at the College of Charleston.

In her professional journey, Shateara Hall has held various roles in esteemed organizations, showcasing her expertise and dedication. She served as a Public Policy Fellow at NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, where she contributed her knowledge and skills within the realm of education policy.

Furthermore, she demonstrated her commitment to education as a Graduate Assistant at the Leadership, Policy, and Organization Department at Peabody and later at the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Her roles allowed her to delve deeper into the intricacies of education administration and policy development.

Shateara also gained valuable experience as an Office Assistant at Vanderbilt's Community, Neighborhood, & Government Relations Division, where she honed her organizational and communication skills. Additionally, her stint as a Writing Consultant at Vanderbilt University highlights her aptitude for supporting and enhancing writing abilities among students.

Prior to her university positions, Shateara Hall served as an 8th Grade Writing Teacher at the Charleston County School District, where she played a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a passion for writing.

Her dedication to literacy and education was evident during her time as an Intern at the Literacy Outreach Initiative at the College of Charleston.
